Help got a letter off the company who sold me my endowment to say it has gone from green to red. What can I do?

We have had it all checked out before and we were assured then we would meet out target, but now with only 5years before the policies mature we are being told we are going to have a shortfall. Is it too late now to do something as I feel we were not only mi sold but now misled. We are so angry so is there anything we can do now?

not really – you are stuck like thousands of others and the only hope is that the economy will come back and make up some of the loss!!!

You could make a compensation claim against your adviser, but there are strict time limits for this. There are plenty of annoying ‘ambulance chaser companies about. You could also transfer part of your mortgage (ie the projected shortfall amount to a repayment basis, and/or extend the mortgage term of the shortfall amount). Suggest you speak to an independent adviser
